The Scratch programming language and website has been translated into more than 60 languages with the help of volunteer translators from all over the world to allow a wider variety of people to use Scratch.
The Guide for Scratch Translators on the Scratch Localization repository has information for anyone interested in translating Scratch.
Using the inbuilt language changer
Scratch has a language changer at the bottom of any page you visit on Scratch. At the bottom of the page, you can find a dropdown box, which is by default, set to English. When you click the box, you will be able to see a list of languages. Then, users can click on the language they want to switch the page to out of the selected boxes. The should now be translated. If it isn't translated, try reloading the page.
